Founded by Alan White, Negril Caribbean Restaurant was born out of his quest to find authentic Jamaican cuisine while stationed at Fort Riley. Inspired by the beautiful sunsets of Negril in Jamaica and Kansas in the Midwest, the restaurant's motto of diligence, persistence, and excellence reflects the belief that hard work leads to success.
